Thanks everyone for replying. My graphics card is now running. There was an option for som PCIe slot related to power and detection. I can't recall it fully. It was disabled earlier. I enabled it and then my PC started running with the graphics card inserted.

I will send a photograph of what option I'm talking about today so as to completely clarify what exactly I did to solve the problem myself.

I am grateful to all of you who replied to my problem. Thanks once again. :)

    Hi,
I'd try Optimize defaults and see if it causes the issue again first :)

So it sounds like essentially the port was turned off or not set for a graphics card. Was this in the bios?

My auto detect PC and DIMM was disabled earlier. After I enabled it, my Pc started normally with the graphics card inserted.
