    i have download driver from acer website but the result is same. i also tried with windows 10 but not successful.

    Could way of track here but try this mate RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    Now it needs 8 passes unless errors pop up fairly quickly - takes a while but my hunch is that the RAM may not be holding what it should.
