Your monitor will not scale the input to its native resolution. Install latest Catalyst drivers from https://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-c...ndows-7-a.html and use Catalyst control center to activate GPU scaling.

In Notebook Panel Properties -> Atributes ?

I already did that and everytime I start a application or choose other lower resolution it gets the image centered..

Hi again guys, well today i install Catalyst 9.3 for my Xpress 1200 and the flat panel now disable but the options for scaling found in Basic menu, the rezise works but only for resolutions under native, see the imagen:

the games now looks in full window but the screen (in desktop) looks diferent because you use a low resolution diferent for native. Any ideas for make found for native resolution??

So you have a HD2600 in a notebook computer? That's odd.
