    sorry but we don't help with pirated software install the original OS that came with the computer than if you have problems then we will be able to help you more.

    Go to your manufacturer's website and download the drivers from there, if that doesn't work then go to Intel or AMD's website.

    I bet that laptop originally came with Windows 7 too, but not Ultimate edition.
