    Good point. It's not just the power supply that you have to worry about. Drawing that much power from the motherboard places all kinds of stress on the voltage regulators.

    I most certainly agree. It's not a good idea to heavily OC any card that deosn't have an external power connector.

    My local computer repair shop welcomes all attempts at over-clocking generally. Replacing frazzled components is a major part of their business !
