Screen Recording making my Graphics card running on MAX

I tried different Screen Recorder software's.Sometimes , for sharing some Video Game footage .Other times some simple stuff that i wanted to share via my desktop.

What i noticed was the immediate LOUD NOISE that started coming our of my system (vie the Graphics Card FAN) .And this noise starts , as soon as i click the record button.

Is there a way to perhaps fix this OR which Screen record does not push the CARD to a limit where it starts to give loud noise....

Running Single Graphics Card from Second PCIe
I asked yesterday about running my graphics card from the second PCIe slot for purely visual reasons after deciding that the speed decrease would be negligible if any. Firstly if you disagree with this, please let me know :P. I tried to start the computer with the video card in the second PCIe slot...

Graphics card making weird noises
Just to keep things straight, you're only supposed to hear the airflow from the graphics card, right? I just got a new one and it kind of sounds like the fan is grinding. I'm about to RMA it. I got an EVGA GeForce GTX 550 Ti.
