Aero removed after graphics card update : NVIDIA

Before doing the driver update I checked dxdiag because I want to play GTA : SA and it showed DirectX 11 if my integrated graphics was DirectX 9.0.. So I checked the newest update for my graphics card and after updating my driver, aero was removed tried the registry editing method and refreshing the Desktop Manager by turning it off and on still haven't resolved my problem.. And I opened my graphics card settings and showed no graphics card detected.. I want to revert back to DirectX 9.0 and get back aero.. From me I think it was because of updating to the free Windows 10 update and downgrading back to Windows 7 with only using setup.exe.

P.S. : WINDOWS 10 HAS NO DRIVER FOR MY GRAPHICS CARD. SO MICROSOFT USED THE GENERIC DRIVER. AFTER INSTALLING DRIVER STILL SHOWS DIRECTX 11.

i think it may have glitched my system..

Windows 10 doesn't have any drivers for GeForce 6150SE/ nForce 430. You'd still have the DX 9.0c version because it's what the hardware actually supports. DX11 is only the DirectX version currently installed on your system.

It may have glitched your drivers up.

    Do this:
    NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems

    and install the driver again.

You'll likely get the same problem. Try to do a fresh install of Windows 7 and if it fails, try that method you suggested.

my performance rating detects directX9.0 or later... but dxdiag says dx11

the aero popped out when I installed w8 and downgraded to w7... using setup.exe

    Hi
Is there a more reliable way = none that I know of so yes format since you didn't bother to create a reliable system image to a totally separate hdd before the upgrade :)
