    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Videos from where ? local files/ youtube..... ?
    Use Clean boot,
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
Click Start and type in the search box,
    msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
    Repeat the screen shots,
See the links above my signature on how to take and upload screen shots here,
    Cheers.

    Hi,
Use Go Advanced and you'll see a paper clip symbol on the reply editor
Use it to search and upload the images here :)

    Hi and welcome back
No just missed your prior reply

I'd first try to disable hardware acceleration in your browsers and see how it goes then
Chrome is in settings and advanced settings I believe

Firefox Options/ advanced/ general and uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available.

Never seen so many msi utilities plus a whole lot more
Did you attempt to disable some of them and test the issue like the clean boot tutorial link states ?

I guess my question would be "are the graphics card drivers all up to date?"

    Could be a driver problem...
