    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Which video format/s are you having issues with exactly ?

Click Start and type in the search box
    system information
Hit the enter key or click on the suggestion

On the system summery page which you should already be on after the above
On the top left go to Edit and Select all
    Then Edit again and Copy.
Paste that info in your reply here.

Then expand to Components/ multimedia/ Display
The repeat select all/ copy and paste here.

    Hi,
    Just for grins
    Go to uninstall a program
On the top right next to the question mark symbol switch the page view to List
Then take a screen shot all your installed programs... should show up on one screen shot

You have to use the Go Advanced button instead of post quick reply to be able to see the paperclip symbol in the reply editor to search and upload files here.

    Hi,
Well I'd watch out using Chrome seeing you have only 4gb's of ram installed it will soak it up fast and you won't have anything left to do anything else :)
At that screen shot moment you had 10 tabs open.

You need the the most recent AMD driver from ACER. Not any other site. Only install the drivers for your system from the ACER site, as they are compatible with your GPU and motherboard.

If you already have the most recent drivers installed, try uninstalling them and reinstalling them again. With the drivers properly installed, the Device manager should show an AMD graphics adapter, not Standard VGA
