Looking for TV Tuner Card Non-MC

Hi! Everyone, I'm looking for some advice for a TV Tuner Card/Non Media Center.
I would like it to work both cable and over the air.
    I don't have media center
    Remote included
    Able to record
    no radio necessary

    I guess that's it.
    Thanks!

P.S. I have 2 9800 nvidia cards if that matters.

Do a search on Newegg.com That's what i would do. I'm sure you can find one that fits your needs and price range. Good manufacturer's are Hauppague some Kworld. I personaly use Avermedia.

Been there, Done that. I still don't know which one to buy that is why I'm asking what you have in your PC, so i can get one.

Will a media center tuner card work with a non media center PC?

I don't see why not. As far as I know a media center card just offers media center applications. I have an Avermedia PCI-E hybrid bravo tv tuner card no remote non media center, didn't care about the remote because every other card I have had that came with a remote didn't work with a crap. Mine also works in win 7 media center. Don't know if this helps you out or not. I don't know how much you want to spend but this is a good TV card. Thanks! for the input but the one from newegg doesn't say if it is windows compatible. Like I said I need one with a remote to change the channels as I don't have media center.

K, Thanks to you I found this: WinTV for Windows 7

I found what I was looking for!
