How do I locate driver to reenable widescreen resolutions?

After the March 2017 windows update, only 4/3 resolutions are available for my desktop.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit on an Acer Aspire with a 24" Dell 2407WFP monitor. Dell's website does not offer a Windows 7 driver for this monitor.

When I do a dxdiag test and click display, every field is empty except for screen resolution.

Is there a driver I can download to allow widescreen resolutions?

Thanks.

Graphics card is a Ratheon HD 5750. Went to their site and installed Crimson Edition driver. Fixed graphics display, but now I have no internet connection.
