AMD Readon HD 7700 2GB Driver Issues

So Monday Night Right, I was relaxing watching some youtube all of the sudden my EVGA GeFroce 1070 FTW 8GB Graphic Card Decided to blow up on me, I saw sparks heard some popping sounds after that I smelled smoke my whole system shut down, Then I added my old video card back it's a AMD Readon HD 7700 2GB Card and today I was getting blue screen's of death left and right then It stop I did an sfc /scannow it fixed somethings right, but now I am getting this Error message when i try to load like Discord or my avast or other programs, Here is what the message is saying,

"The program can't start because WINSPOOL.DRV is Missing From your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem''

I try to install some programs and same message popping up, If anyone had this problem please Help I would hate to Reinstall windows and my apps and games if I have to do that then I will but for now please help me with this stupid WINSPOOL.DRV Crap Thanks.
