    please guys help if you can, trying to solve this issue {This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)} already a few days, tried reinstalling everything (bios, drivers, and today windows, tried every solution cited here or elsewhere, but can get ride of it

    when i disabled the conflicting device from device manager : 2nd generation Intel® Core™ processor family PCI Express Controller - 0101
    the ati radeon has disapered, please guys someone explain and help

    I suspect that this:

    IRQ 4294967293 Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller OK
    Might be your problem. The bolded part is the issue, I would think.

    That could definitely be the problem. They are sharing the same memory addresses. I assume that the laptop worked properly at some point. How did it get into this broken state?

    no idea how, disabling it lead to the radeon driver to disapear
