Now I know I am being a bit pedantic but mate there is some confusion as to what is in that machine - just how old is it and can you give us he exact model and part number (if it gives that) from the labels on the base of the machine please.
I ask because I cannot find any site that gives me any credible info on that machine as I have even seen it came with Windows 8.1 and I am now thinking maybe you took the upgrade to Windows 10 when it was offered free?? or did you buy and OEM for that machine.
Again I ask because the upgrades were not always a great success and there were (to me at least) some differences in upgrading from 8 to 10 than there were 7 to 10.

So can we clarify those two points first the actual model on the label and was it an upgrade?? If it was the latter then you would be best off posting in the sister Ten Forum at the top of this page, because to me 8 was a lot "different" in many ways to 7.

Ok mate well looking at this it is a 10 issue and maybe worth trying the sister Ten Forum a lot of the samecrew and you just sign up like you have for here.

The graphics driver shows as Microsoft Basic Display - Microsoft Community
I have fully looked at this but it would appear to me to have two different sets of getting the graphics up.

Now I am saying this because I find 10 quite a but different in how the GUI works for example there is a lot of stuff worked through the updates and a fair bit of what I call double handling that is to say clicking on a function requires more than just one or a double click on the feature to run as admin for example. In 7 this is a simple right click and you choose the command prompt but in 10 you need to have the command prompt fixed either to your start menu or taskbar then you have to click it and then right again to get admin rights hence "double handling"
