Spyder 3 pro adjustments

Hi all, some help please. My spyder 3 pro after a new motherboard CPU and GPU running win 7 home premium no longer gives me the option of having the RGB sliders adjust for the correct colors as well as brightness. I did tick the RGB slider option in preferences. Before the new gear with Win 7 HP it always worked. The CPU is a Intel I-5 6400 the GPU is a Radeon RX 470. Data color help site is not available as I can not get past their symbol matches ( no Robot guard ). The Software from datacolor is updated and the profile loads into the video card but I was unable to see the color sliders to adjust the profile or brightness. Any help would be very much appreciated. Regards Peter

Event Viewer Logs - Size Adjustments
Hi all: Being compulsive about the efficiency of things, from time to time I Clear the Event Viewer Logs. 1: Left alone, how big will these things get? I see 7000+ entries at times! 2: Does clearing them out make sense? No? 3: Is there a way to set an upper limit on their sizes? TIA,
