By downloading do you mean you pirated it? Please fill in your specs. What happens when you try to install the driver?

No, it was original, windows 7 ultimate. Windows 7 doesn´t recognise the graphics hardware/display adapter at all. About the installing, after I have installed it, seems that everything is OK, but actually it doesn´t work. Now I have installed back the old XP professional and it seems that it workes for now. As it seems to recognise the hardware....but I really would like to have the Windows 7, is there any possibility to make things work with that or not?

Full make and model of your laptop would help. Without some specs to go on, there is nothing we can recommend.

If you're back on XP how are you supposed to try any suggestions, did you run Windows Update after installing.

XP had on the hardwares list video controller VGA, when i installed the windows 7 then there wasn´t on the list that video controller VGA.From there on, I couldn´t do anything at all. Made the example pic...

I had to install the old XP back as it´s my working lap top, so I need it...I have heard that here, in Estonia, there have been similar cases, but I can´t find these persons, so that they could help me...thats why I´m here...please

Again, with XP on, it's hard to make suggestions because you're unable to try them.

One very good reason why Windows 7 won't detect your video card (onboard SiS 650), there are no Windows 7 (or Vista for that matter) drivers for it. Also don't think there ever will be as the last driver update for it for XP is from March 16, 2006.

If that is the case it would be a better idea to stick with XP and put 7 on the shelf until such a time as you have a Windows 7 compatible computer/laptop.
