Strange colored cubes on websites

Hey folks

For a while I've had this PC with no issues but today has been weird because some websites I go to (knowyourmeme, youtube, wikia) have had these strange colored cubes, on wikia they were red, but on know your meme and youtube they were cyan colored. this happened once a long time ago but a computer restart fixed it. but it's back again, i restarted my PC and they are still here. I replaced a broken power supply 2 months ago if that has anything to do with this. Here's some screenshots of it I managed to take.

Second picture has images I want to censor. (nothing sexual just art and memes i don't want shown)

Hello ItsMatty

Do you still have this problem today?

If so, can you say more about the issue?

- are the cubes in a pattern or are they random? (ie, does diagonal up always precede diagonal down?, are the cubes always the same distance apart?)
- does this happen only in your browser or does the issue replicate itself in windows explorer too?
- what happens if you were to scroll window or drag window across desktop? Does the cubes effectively move with the direction of the window movement?
