    Hi and welcome to sevenforums

It could be caused by a number of things. Is the graphics driver installed and upgraded? When you run WEI what does it say?

I would run dxdiag in search to see the current state.

Good Luck and let us know if you need help

Well your GFX card also has 2 different settings for both those modes. Most newer graphics cards have a 2d/3d setting in the bios. If timings are off in the 2d settings you might get a fail, though I'm going to guess that you'll never get a crash or see anything go wrong. Unless you do I would ignore the program. In reality they have no real "burn in" or "stress test" programs any more. It's not so much about how fast, hot, or much ram something consumes. It's a lot more complicated, just ignore it until you actually see an error. Could even be a driver conflict giving a fail? Who knows, it's a 'new' os and your using a burn in program.

Also I don't know why you would use a burn in program unless you are overclocking and if your overclocking then that might be a cause of many problems.... I just recently started to clock down my GFX card because I've been getting errors. I can't fix it until I get a working floppy disk. =( damn bios mod, oh well that's my own damn fault.
