What happens when you set the monitor to turn off after 5 minutes in the Control Panel?
If that doesn't work, maybe this program:

It's not totally accurate but it usually turns off around five minutes but I got to keep the remote mouse on until that happens and then turn the mouse off gently so it doesn't turn on the display Again,But I really want something that will put in their context menu the right-click and then the option to turn off the displays or something that I could put a shortcut on the desktop and just click on it and I'll turn off the displays, this can't be a way of doing that, I know Brink had a program that does the context menu thing but I think it was For Windows 8 because when I used it it installed fine but like I said it gets an error, Saying application not found.
Thank you for any help on this difficult situation for me.
PS. I really don't like the idea of the display going off in five minutes or three minutes or two minutes or whatever, I like the idea that I can just click and it would go off instantly when I go to sleep with the music on the computer again thanks

Great news.
Basically, anything you download or copy from an external source (ex: Internet) will be blocked by default until you unblock it. Just another security feature to help protect your system.
The link in that step below can give you more details about "Unblock".
Open File - Security Warning : Unblock File
Two options for a simple one-click turn monitor off:
Monoff
MonOff Windows Utility
or download nircmd, put it in your windows folder then make a batch file with only one line in it: nircmd monitor off
NirCmd - Windows command line tool
Edit: I see now that you already found nircmd.
