Ah! Does that mean you do not have a VGA cable but you have on the monitor the place to plug a VGA cable..it should be very easy to find a VGA cable to test your monitor.


Looking at the Specs of the monitor, yours have both connectors VGA+DVI-D and looks only the e2414Hr have the VGA but no DVI-D one.
