problem installing Nvidia GEFORCE GTX 560 Ti and drivers

Okay i'm new and of course here cause i need help.
I swapped out my old ATI card for a old Nvidia GEFORCE GTX 650 Ti. The problem is there is a yellow question mark in Device Manager for the Nvidia and when i try to install drivers for the card i get artifacts on the screen. I will attach pictures of the artifacts. After i uninstall the drivers and restart, my computer trys to install Standard VGA Graphics Adapter.
I have tried the original CD and driver that came with the card and i get artifacts all over the screen. When i tried other drivers like 365.19/365.10 there aren't as many artifacts but there are blue dots and streaks all over the screen.
I'm doing clean installs every time i try a different driver.
No matter which driver i install the card still has a yellow question mark in device manager.
The first picture i attached is what the screen looks like when i install the original CD driver and also when i try driver 334.67
The second picture is when i try other drivers like 365.19/365.10 the shades of colors are gone but the blue dots and streaks are still there.

What is the exact serial number(S/N) and exact product number(P/N) on that HP Pavilion m9250f?

Your image shows it is running Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit.
    Is that correct?

Have you uninstalled the ATI driver?

This is the most current driver for the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti graphics card for Windows Vista 64-bit.

yes I uninstalled ATI driver,I have already tried the 365.19 driver, yes its running Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit
    product key is YWWBV-47GJ3-XXDH8-4TM8W-8WVMP

I just noticed there is still a ATI folder in C:Program Files it has a CIM folder in it.
And i noticed there is AMD Catalyst Install Manager in the Programs folder.

I removed the AMD Catalyst Install Manager and close to remove everything related and that removed the folder in Program Files.

    Hi,

One easy solution to try would be to use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). This software should eliminate most traces of the old ATI and Nvidia drivers on your computer, the remnants of which may be behind the problems you are currently facing.

Here is a handy guide on how to use DDU: Display Driver Uninstaller: How to use | Tutorials (sevenforums.com)

Hope this helps, let us know the results if you chose to try it.
