GTX 1650 Super spits out Code 12 in device manager

I have successfully installed Windows 7 onto a Dell G5 5000 with the following specs:
    i5-10400F
    GTX 1650 SUPER
    8 GB DDR4
512 GB PCIe NVMe SK Hynix

I've got most of the drivers installed, but the 1650S driver is bugged with Code 12. Also, is it a coincidence that the PCI device and PCI Simple Communications Controller need to be installed before the GPU issue can go away?

Does anyone know of a way to fix code 12 for a GPU? (CSM won't work, I have a UEFI class 3 MB) (I've also tried the PCMIA trick, no help)

Nevermind, I got it to work via GRUB and modifying a firmware offset through this video
Dell G5 5500 BIOS Modification Tutorial for Undervolting - YouTube

The search term was "CSM", NOT "Legacy Option ROMs", for those interested in installing Windows 7 on such systems.
