    Changing screen resolution?

I purchased a 32” LCD monitor back in 2010 and it has been great. However, there has been some weirdness lately, which I believe is due to the monitor, so I replaced it. The old monitor had a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels whereas the new monitor, which is also 32”, has a resolution of ‘only’ 2560x1440 pixels. I checked display->screen resolution setting and I can change the resolution to 3200x1800 pixels. I did this, and as expected, everything was way too small.

Question: Is there some method to change the resolution to (just guessing) 2844x1600 pixels – or am I ‘stuck’ with a slightly smaller screen?

    Hello mate,

Other than selecting an available lower screen resolution, you can select a higher DPI scaling level percentage like in the tutorial below to make everything appear larger.
