Did you reboot after installing the driver?

If not, go ahead and reboot, making sure to change to your preferred resolution once logged back in.

what do you mean by stretched?
and you should be able to adjust the resolution to the display's maximum.

try using the following link to download for Windows 7, IP graphics driver, SIS 671 &671 series. chose a nearby location and click download now. the difference between the two drivers is that the top one is newer
    http://www.sis.com/download/agreemen...url=/download/ - Internet Explorer only.

Run Windows Update to make sure the driver is up to date (i know we just downloaded from the Acer website but I've done the same and have been surprised that it has an update!).
Otherwise, click the Advanced Settings (screenshot above) and check there's nothing you're missing out there.
I have NVIDIA so it'll differ from yours.
