what inexpensive video card for dual display?

    ATI Radeon 7000 Series


    ATI Radeon 7000 Series Worked For Me With These Drivers For Windows 7 Dual Monitors
    ATI Radeon SAPPHIRE 7000 DDR AGP Card

    Running Setup.exe did not work for me... I installed inf doing it the way below... Update Driver...

    Control Panel
    Device Manager
    File
    Device Manager
    Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer
    Have Disk
    Browse
    ATI Radeon 7000\2KXP_INF\C2_29263.inf
    Highligh and press open
    Press Ok
    Radeon 7000 Series should be showing
    Highlight and press Next
    Windows has successfully updated your driver software...
    Close
    Reboot
    Now just go to Display and configure the settings

    Hi,

    I know this is a very old thread, but wanted to mention that I just tried the Win7 32 bit driver (posted by TekWiz2010 above) on a really old machine I had given to my son, and it worked perfectly w the generic Radeon 7000 card, and can now support 2/dual monitors.

    We had almost given up on being able to do that, until I found TekWiz's post, and I actually just registered here to say thanks, but maybe this'll help someone....
