TimmyCasswell, welcome to the forums.

Other than the first one has a non-reference cooler on it (good or bad, no idea), nothing; they are all the same spec-wise. Only other difference is the XFX one comes with a limited lifetime warranty, opposed to the 2 year warranty on the two Sapphire cards.

Different models too, check the model numbers....100283L and 100283-2L

As the difference? Who knows, one may be a better revision.

[edit] I don't see any indication of warrenty on there. All I've found is 2yr on other sites for both cards.

Oh I looked again, he wasn't talking about the XFX stormy, check the large black squares

You might also consider this one.

I upgraded my 4850 with this one and it is nice and runs pretty cool heat wise.

They are all the EXACT card LOL I just by the cheapest card of whatever model I want. I can always OC/customize it if I want. =S
