    Are you saying you have a PCI-E 1.1 slot? GPU-Z is saying 2.0 for you...or are you just informing people it will be a problem with 1.1?

    looking at you screenshot your win7 skin is default - right-click desktop/personalize and you have Aero themes at your finger tips

    I have really been thinking hard about getting a 5700 or 5800 series card, but I just don't want to go ATI.

    The X48 at 3.6GHz still won't match the framerate of the i7 at 4127MHz, I mean look at the difference in CPU scores.

    I believe that part of the problem is your CPU bottle necking the card at 3.6GHz.
    Still plenty of performance either way but more is better right?

    Nice card none the less, I'm waiting for Nvidia's 300 series, and waiting, and waiting, LOL.

    Me too (waiting for the 300s) I think my i7860 and DDR3 1600Mhz RAM (and SSD) will do nicely with one NICE card. (for now haha)

Hi guys, I'm having a major problem with the "atikmpag.sys" BSOD error whenever I try to play video games (and the occasional random crash too). Oddly enough, it never happens while rendering in Cinema 4D, so I've pretty much ruled out it having something to do with how intense the GPU usage is....

hd5970 hangs at start up

hd5970 hangs at start up sometimes then you turn pc off then on then press key too start windows normally then works fine. then when you leave off for few hours you have too do the same again.
