world of warcraft running slowly

I just upgraded from windows seven. It was a fresh install, so I had to reinstall all of my games and drivers. but since I upgraded World of Warcraft has been running very choppily, I get about 3-7 fps as opposed to the 40-50 i had while running vista. My graphics card is nVidia GEforce nx8800GTS -T2D320e-HD-OC

Try turning off VSync in Graphics options.
Also, try changing the mouse to a HardWare Cursor, also in game/graphics options.

Still no luck? Try running it in Windowed mode, rather than full screen.

World of Warcraft running slow on W7.
I've just bought a new Wireless card today, hoping it would improve my internet speed, as WoW can't even run, 1 spell and I get an insta-disconnection. I just wondered if anyone else has experienced network problems when trying to play WoW on W7? And of course any possible fixes?
