    The same guy (Unwinder) that wrote RivaTuner also wrote Precision for Evga.

    I figured it out - I was running default drivers that come with win7 - I just grabbed hte eVGA 181.71 drivers for win7 64bit, and it installed the missing file, alongwith SLI capabilities, and the PhysX software.
