Nope, nothin that would tell us anything.
Look, it wont let me change my resolution for some reason. Know why? Its stuck on 640x480. Maybe that has something to do with the size?
    DOC I have an idea.
Go into Control Panel, System, Device Manager,
And select Display Adapter and select your Graphics card and uninstall.
Make sure you are on line to the internet
Shut down your computer and reboot.
Your graphics card will be found again and hopefully find the correct driver on your HD and/or on the internet.

Sometimes this works, sometimes not but worst thing will be you ar eexactly back where you are now and we will have to figure your next step.

Haha sounds simple enough. Ill give it a try in a little bit and let you know if it worked or not.

Click on Advanced settings and update your video card driver:

OK, your Dell is using the Intel 865 chipset so the only drivers available are:

Need help with Windows 7 windows size-dell_865_driver.png

Better: Drivers and Downloads - Public Sector

Possible: Drivers and Downloads - Public Sector

These are old XP drivers for an old computer and may not work. You will need to manually install the driver like this: Dell Wireless WLAN 1390 minicard drivers won't install

Also, some Dell motherboards have a setting in the BIOS that will allow you to change the video memory from 1 MB to 4 MB, allowing a better video resolution. Dells normally use the F2 key to open the BIOS during booting if you want to check.

It is my opinion that you will be much happier with adding a newer video card and not use the onboard video. You can get a good AGP video card for $30 USD or less.

    Cheers!

So sorry, I can't imagine what the problem was. I just downloaded both drivers from these links:
