    Default Graphics Card

    Hi guys,

I have an Acer 8935G, I recently upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit (clean install), when I started the computer back up all the drivers installed. However whenever the ATi drivers installed the only thing visible was the Windows background.

I have now fixed this issue and have both ATi and Intel graphics cards showing as enabled and running in the device manager but I have no idea how to switch the default to the ATi card. Does anyone have any idea how to make the ATi card my default graphics?

If you guys need anymore information just let me know, and thanks for taking the time to read this, it is much appreciated.

    Cheers

Any particular reason you have the integrated intel running as well? Multi-monitor setup?

Hi, thanks for the reply. There is no reason other than they both came installed on the laptop. I think one was for a power saving type mode?
