I'm guessing the only thing you have to do is install an ATI driver with a working opengl driver...if you're running 32-bit W7 it should be easy to find, 64-bit might be a bit harder. (at least that's what I had to do)

You can't get Aero with your card.
Aero need a DirectX9 compliant GPU (and of course Driver model WDDM 1.x), you have a DirectX8.1 GPU (and I don't tkink you may have a WDDM 1.x driver).

No way to get Aero working on it.

Oh yes, you're right LePoilu, forgot about the DirectX9 requirement and sadly Radeon 9000 doesn't support that.

    Thanks everybody.
But when I check "dxdiag" on Windows XP pro. The result is that VGA Card supports 3D acceleration, DirectX 9.0c. And I can test Direct3D from directX7. to directX9. Driver version is 6.14.0010.6614 (5/3/2006)
But on Windows 7, its driver doesn't support 3D, so I cant enable Aero.

This only mean that Dx9.0c is installed on your Windows XP. Dx9 has backward capability with Dx8.x hardware (unlike Dx10 which need a Dx10 GPU)

But your GPU can only support Dx8.1 functions like Pixel Shader 1.4. All the new stuff included in DirectX9.0x (like PS2.0) are not available and can not be render by your GPU.

Aero need this full capability (Pixel Shader 2.x) and a WDDM 1.x (1.0 for Vista, 1.0 or 1.1 for Seven) driver.
If you don't have both you can't have Aero. And with your GPU it's definitly dead!
