HIS ATI Radeon HD 5770 on Win 7 ^$bit driver issues....

OK Just built me a new sys :
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
    Intel Core i5-750 Lynnfield 2.66GHz LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core Processor
GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD4P LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard
HIS H577FN1GD ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply
    OCZ Obsidian Series 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Thermaltake Silent 1156 CLP0552 92mm CPU Cooler For Intel Socket LGA1156

My issue is that my video card drivers are not working right I have tried old and new and still locking up the card when I play Dirt 2 or NFS Pro Street. Everything work great until I put a load on the video card like try to play a game or go full screen with online video (u-tube – CNN new) Yes I tried the 9.12 also nothing well fix it. I have removed all drivers first and all ATI Catalyst, too. I have installed the ATI Radeon HD 5770 on to my old XP Pro 32 bit with 9.12 XP drivers and it works great and can over clock the H out of it.
But Win 7 64 bit with no over clocking at all well not work worth a ^%$. Anyone have this issue? Did ya fix it? I am about to reload XP Pro 32 bit but would hate to do that.

From read way to many other posts the best thing for me to do is return it for a replacement of the same card and if it stills happen then return it for anything that is not from ATI/AMD or just want for god know how long for someone to come up with a fix. This has been going on in the post for over 6 mos. now!!!!!!

What not one of you can find a driver that can make this 5770 work? No help? No cule?
I am looking for someone that has this prob and how they fixed it. Not hoe they reture for a different one. And if you have a rig like mine how did you get yours to work under a load?

8 months and still no drivers for Win 7 -64 and 5770.

Go to your ATI Catalyst Control Center.
    Advanced options. Graphics>Desktops & Displays.
Right click on the bottom device>Configure...
Scaling Options, and drag it to 0%.

    [Solved]

Use MSI Afterburner & Underclock the memory as low as you can. Then it is solved. Now it is a matter upto you, increase the memory in steps and test if the card becomes stable at that speed.

For my gigabyte hd 5770, I flashed it with asus bios, then used asus smartdoctor to lower the memory clock to 955MHz (3820 MHz effective). Solved the problem.

Can anyone help??? I have just installed Win 7 Ultimate onto a Corsair 64Gb SSD and have installed various ATI CCC versions and i'm having the same problem, when rebooting after driver install passes POST then freezes at the win start screen. this didn't happen on on my old HDD. does anyone know of any compatability issues with ssd's and Win 7? and does anyone know of a fix for this?
