    nvidia forceware network access manager

OK what is this? its not the same as the drivers for my video card and I don't do anything with the video over my network. My network card isn't by nvidia so I know its nothing to do with my network card/wireless card.

You are seeing that because most likely you have an Nvidia chip set on your motherboard. It gets installed along with the chipset drivers. Your 8200M card is also made by Nvidia.

Well I know about my video but I don't see why I need it so I will just uninstall it.

its some type of firewall, I already have a firewall and don't need this causing problems which seem to be the case.

When those Nvidia drivers are installed you have the option to install the Nvidia network access manager, just select no the next time you install them after you perform a clean uninstall. I have it installed but it doesn't cause any problems for me.

yeah I just installed the newest video drivers. I don't like to have software installed that I don't use or need. I guess since using a laptop I want to keep its limited resources avail at all times LOL. I need to build a new desktop setup soon.
