It automatically recognized the card & all other hardware & installed relevant drivers

Everything Works.... As of now

Back Again.....

I recently installed ARC Windows 7 Gamer Edition...
I really like Windows 7 (Ultimate)
Peculiar Thing ALL this time I used to Get the Driver Labelled as Radeon HD 4600 Series

BUT in this Win 7 Edition I got Radeon HD 4670 WDM 1.1 MS Corp. This is the Fist Time I got a Driver SPECIFIC For the CARD... AND I am NOT Going to mess with the Driver now...

Can anybody tell me :
Code:
IF the Driver Works i.e STABLE Release (Not Beta),
Then Why the companies provide UPDATED Driver?

My guess is to INCORPORATE the latest hardware??!!..
Hence RULE of the Thumb should be: If the Driver WORKS,...
THEN Do not Update it
PLEASE ADVISE
