Nope, driver updates are not required. If the features list has an item pertaining to your setup it may be a good idea. I'm using a driver 3-4 generations old.

Yep.

I'm guessing your GT 210 is basically just used as "monitor card".

I only update if it's got a particular fix for a certain title I need, otherwise I often sticks with "what works".


Although I've found 331.65 to be pretty good with my setup.

My other desktop still is one 311.XX something since it's just a work worse.

The GeForce 210 is a low end card, the majority of them are less than $40USD.:) My GTX 650Ti Boost is considered low end too.
