Good catch Grimm. I haven't tried the 190.40's yet and I guess I'll skip those as well.

Also, as long as I have your attention, do you know why my Sig is not showing up? It's under 600x100 and 45k. Do you have to have a certain number of posts? Thanks for your time.
I think John has changed it so it doesn't appear until you have made a certain number of posts.

Had a look around, but can't find one. Will need to wait until it's up on the Nvidia site I think.

Finally got time for a bit if gaming. Exactly half an an hout in UT3 with the 190.40 drivers.
First off the game wouldn't run. Windows wanted to report the problem to MS. I ok'd that but it was gonna take half an hour so cancelled.
Second try it launched and I played for half an hour. The game looked fantastic but I didn't check frame rates. Felt fast.
After half an hour GPU-z told me my GPU temps were approaching 60c.
EVGA Precision appeared to have gone weird and had a yellow line in the temp monitor telling me my temps were 3007.01.
I reinstalled the 190.38 driver and played exactly the same half hour pf UT3.
This time GPU-Z said temp 53c but EVGA Precision says 4003c!

The game looked fantastic but these are both weird drivers imho.

yea I've had some weird problems with drivers also, currently my ram speed on GPU is all weird in Precision, and doesn't show any changes I make, but core and shaders change.

I have a Dell XPS Laptop with the 186.3 driver for the 8600m GT on Windows 7 64-bit. Works like a charm and isn't a Beta. I experienced problems on my PC Games prior to installing the new driver, and they completely disappeared after.
