The system is pointless with a 2.1GHz CPU, it will slow everything down. If you want to play games, you also need a PSU with enough amps on the 12V rail(s). The choice is:

    1) 4890 is you don't want to spend too much

    2) 5870 if you want futureproofing

Gaming needs a good card, not these budget recommendations.

Right and an X4 will push a 4890 or 5870 properly.

ok thanks guys for your input if it was nvidia i think i would go for the 9600, but i found a MSI 4670 1GB for 65 quid, and looking at reviews and stuff like on youtube, its plays the high games pretty well. Im not a heavy PC gamer, console gamer mostly, but i want to play cod:mw2 to play friends and a dedicated card will give a better overall perfomance in windows.

Why don't you look at the ATI 5000 series (supports Direct X 11), they would be a bit more future proof than the 4000 series. And you can also pick them up at quite reasonable prices (below your £80 budget)

    Quick search
    ATI Radeon HD 5450 1GB*

I'm running 2x4890's in Crossfire mode - it'll play anything..
    - but the CPU is all important, though..

    - no point in getting ultra-fast cards if the CPU can't cope..
    ..it's all about balance..
