    Alot more RAM to GPU


    I have an onboard ATI Radeon Mobility HD 3100..

    Windows says it has

    1918 MB Total Avalible Graphics Memory
    256 MB Dedicated Video Memory
    0 MB Shared Video Memory
    1662 MB Shared System Memory


    Im guessing the 256 Dedicated memory, is why my x64 Ultimate says i only have 3.75 GB usable out of 4 GB installed RAM. How can I dedicate more ram to my card?

    You want to give more than 2 gigs to video?
    You are currently giving 1662Mb of system memory and 256Mb of dedicated video memory=1918Mb.

    Why would you want more?

    No i want to dedicate the ram to it, not have it steal my ram as it needs it.

    If you had a desktop it might be in the BIOS, but the card will use how much it needs dynamically.
