nvidia 8400GS conflit with Window Desktop Manager win7

i have a stability problem with the nvidia and window desktop manager in windows 7 ultimate. Its a aero or transparecy issue. If i open the microsoft games folder and play spider ( for example) the icon in the taskbar starts moving from one side to the other.Sometimes pages on m ie8 starts flashing aswell. I tried all new drivers even the beta one 196,34 from nvidia and nothing. If i turn off Window Desktop Management Session the problem stops too. But the aero i think is gone by that time. Can someone help.(the clues i have is ...the webcam (zaaapa ac337 drivers, and the stardock object desktop program version 1,90 ). The program reimage repair says its a conflit between nvidia and window desktop manager

Install the newest non-beta driver after running driver sweeper. Then flash your BIOS.

im running 8400 gs on my windows 7 and ts running smooth !
yeh updatee your video driver straight away
either manually or do it by automatic updates
restart your pc if theres still not a difference try a bios update
    restart
after this try to go into control panel nvidia control panel and then refresh the screen rate to 59 htz
    any problems ?
    write back !
