Yes it will, just get the drivers directly from Nvidia. Also you can get that card for $20.00 less here, - ASUS EN9500GT MAGIC/DI/512MD2/V2 GeForce 9500 GT 512MB 128-bit DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

has less memory on it but that card isn't powerful enough to use 1 GB, 512 MB is more than enough.

Just what I said, it is a low end card more for light gaming (unless you like slideshows don't try running a game like Crysis at anything more than all low/off settings) and multimedia use. by not powerful enough, have a look at the results for it here,
