    Hey there,

I use 3 x 30" on my desktop in Eyefinity.

At first, it does appear huge but you get used to it!

Also, a 30" should give you better res (2560x1600) but as Fumz mentioned it can place greater strain on your video card (ie lower frame rates).

No disrespect to your mate, maybe you could try it first before deciding!?!

    Good luck.

Quadfire meaning 2x5970s NOT 4x5970s! Total of 4GPUs hence the term quadfire.

    4x5970s is physically impossible.

    Thanks for the compliment anyway.

Thanks for the advice i think ill avoid the 30 inch,as it looksl ike i could do my self harm in the long run,and yes gts 250 1gb will be tested at my high settings i run at.
20"inch is what im looking at nowmBut im waiting for the dx 11 high end cards to come out,,nvidia of course before i think 50 inch :)

IMO a 20" is too small. Minimum 24" would be great and the price difference isnt that much.

Also, there has been alot of talk about WHEN Fermi will be released. Release date was April/May but there are reports that this could be delayed due to problems.

    Either way, good luck!

32in on my desktop. I love it! I have had no issues gaming, surfing, watching movies. And it's always fun to see the reaction of someone stoping by and seeing your setup for the first time. Get the 30 you won't be disapointed.
