windows 7 wont recognize my n videa g card

I have a sony laptop that is a duo core 32 bit cpu @ 1.83 ghz

I recently installed windows 7 and now my computer wont recognise my graphics card which renders my hdmi out useless I also cant play any of my computer games and things like the screen saver options wont even display. when I go into the device manager and tell it to update driver software it tells me that its up to date but it just has the standard vga graphics adapter but win I run hwinfo32 it pops up my nvidea gforce go 7600 gt graphics card what can i do about this I was previously running xp media edition please help!!!!!!!!!

    Hi.
You could start by filling out your System Specs, then have read the guide in my sig, and if that doesn't work, let us know and we can take it from there. This issue has been resolved a million times already, so no need to panic.
