Have you re-run the windows experience index (WEI)?

Are you sure your chipset supports Aero? Yours only has 128 and I believe minimum is 256

Am sure that my chipset supports Aero cuz when i troubleshoot it it gives th message that : it is above, which gives answer that i can run but not latest driver and I have confirmed that 128 MB is minimum for 32bit and 256 is minimum for 64bit.

There is a reason Aero isn't working,

Graphics — Older Intel® graphics controllers and Microsoft Windows 7* operating system

The Microsoft Windows 7* operating system (OS) supports two different graphics driver models: the Windows* Display Driver Model (WDDM 1.0 & 1.1) and the older Windows* XP Driver Model (XPDM). WDDM drivers provide the 3D graphical user interface experience to users. XPDM drivers provide an interface that visually resembles the Windows XP user interface and do not support Windows 7 OS premium features such as the Microsoft Aero* user interface.
    and,

Why doesn’t Intel provide WDDM graphics drivers for older graphics controllers?
WDDM graphics drivers are not available due to hardware limitations in the older Intel® graphics controllers. The overall hardware architecture and design of these older graphics controllers were finalized prior to Microsoft's release of details and specifications on WDDM drivers and running the Aero user interface. Thus, there are hardware limitations that would limit graphics performance and memory capabilities when attempting to run a WDDM driver on Windows 7 operating system with these older graphics controllers.
So there is no Windows 7 driver for that video chipset, only a XP one hence no support for Aero.

I could have sworn the OP said he already had aero functioning previously... I was thinking of another thread entirely when I posted

Sorry OP, Stormy is correct - Aero will not work for you.

I would suggest you upgrade from your onboard graphics to a separate GPU. You can get one for less than $50. While your at it, upgrade your ram as well, add two more sticks of 1gig depending on slots available. Most newer PC's have at least 4 slots and some even more. Here is a link to a decent card.
