Here in the UK those grills are always "on sale" at vast reductions to the advertised 'mugs' price.

Could we apply that to Nvidia grills (and does it come with a free nuclear power station)?

    HAHAHA! LOL! Nicccccccccccccccce

I was just thinking about making that kind of image (sans George Foreman) after seeing that grill-looking style and hearing about how hot it runs. Glad someone was thinking the same thing and beat me to it. :)

    Yes it is.

As far as I'm concerned, if your looking for a good priced GPU, the Fermi cards are currently in the perfect range. Though that is easy enough to do when your opponent has set the field already. Now we just have to see if ATI reacts to the new challenger.

Nvidia's GM has commented on the current situation of the GTX400s, saying the chip itself is designed to withstand the temperatures it reaches, and it won't decrease the longevity of the card...we'll just have to wait and see if that's really the case.

thanks for the article thefabe. I learned BFBC is in Dx11. My friend has a 9800GTX and bought the game but he wanted to see my 5850 run it. Set at all max, the game was amazing compared to my friends. The story is great and make me think of crysis when playing but then it wasn't and was a bit disappointing but all good.

I just hope ATI doesn't get everything way in over its head for pricing. ATI has a good thing going on but I hope it doesn't try to do Nvidia business style. I still like Nividias Geforce 9000 cards for some reason. ^_^
