I have usualy only used XFX cause of the double lifetime warranty or Evga cause of he step up program and cross shipping, but BFG also has great customer support and of the 3 was the easiest to RMA a card once approved they would send you a label to print out for shipping. I posted on the gtx 260 thread about the problem XFX had with the 260's and a lot of DOA's.XFX posted on Newegg that they pulled their entire stock of gtx 260's and replaced them with and I quote "Quality Tested Cards" So maybe they are a little gun shy of the GTX 480 and 470 due to the high heat. But not building any cards?? I guess we'll see. Fabe Oh and Thanks for posting this article mpcrsc562.

wait wait wait..... xfx will refund your card if it dies right? i bet this has to do with the fermi's being so hot they aren't willing to take the chance of having to refund a bunch of burned cards
Well any company will refund your card if it dies within the warranty period, just XFX had their double lifetime warranty, which means that the first owner has a lifetime warranty aslong as they register it within 30 days of purchase, and you can then sell the card whenever and the second owner will have lifetime warranty as well if they also register it.
thats what i meant that they had a lifetime warranty.... hm that be my guess as to why they dropped it
