TBH i dont think the PSU has anything to do with it, as i got this PSU runnig a GTS 250 no problem on my intel quad system i built a few weeks back and my mate also has this PSU and it works fine so im sure it is an ATI error as there are more people having the same problems to in other forums
Check that the card isn't having problems itself. And beware that the 5700 series cards themselves have problems.

Windows 7 with Radeon HD 5770
AMD Game Forums - ATI Radeon HD5770 / 5750 issues

If possible you might try to get the card replaced if you continue to experience problems.

I was thinking of doing that as i am not to impressed with it doing that but in games like MW2 it plays on higest res and settings fine no probs just crysis so far that does it not sure why may need to patch it to latest pack.

Hmmm....So you didn't have the latest patch for the game??? If no, that should have been the first thing done in your troubleshooting efforts.

Hehe...seems like everytime ATI puts out a new driver set they go out their way to mention game improvements for Crysis. Look at their release notes.

    10.3 Release notes...

    Crysis and Crysis Warhead
Improves up to 6% on ATI Radeon HD 5000 Series products
Improves up to 2% on ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series products

    Hello,

I'm new to forums so please bear with my noobiness.

I'm also having a flickering problem in games. I got some pictures that will tell exactly what I'm talking about.

At first i thought it was just the games, but it seems it's for almost every game I am running on this rig. So i'm starting to think it's the Graphics Card...In MW2 tho, in gameplay there's no flickering.

Can anyone help? I have the latest driver 10.6 Suite.

Is it an AA problem? I have MW2 set at 4x AA. Killing floor is 2x and the other (Divine Souls) doesn't have a setting for AA. This also appears in Split Second, in the loading screens and on the cars if the decals are fancy.

    Thanks!

I personally dont understand why everyone is having 5770 issues as far as the card goes it works perfectly but i even had a issue with over oc making the card blue screen since then i have fixed the issue

the lateast drivers are the 10.6 and did you uninstall the previous drivers before installing new one's ? just a question cause some treat it as a update and install over old drivers when you need to uninstall then reinstall

anyway if you go to ati.com im sure the latest ccc drivers will be there and try the card on another rig to see if it give the same issue if not then something is amist with your setup
