Problem with tv-out on windows 7

Hi! I have a litlle problem.
I have a video card NVIDIA GEFORCE FX 5500 and i have windows 7 ultimate 32. I've connected the tv-out to my tv and my image on tv is black and white and i don't know how to configure it. Can you help me please? I don't have a control panel to configure the signal like i had on my windows xp, is there any software to configure the signal manualy?

Yes, according to sources there may be two things to do via Control Panel.

Select your region (NTSC/PAL) Check this image

Select the type of cable you're using (S-VIDEO, etc)

Guys, i already told you, i dont have a control panel. In windows 7 ii have only the driver for my nvidia geforce fx 5500, the control panel from nvidia is nowhere. Thats why im asking you about another solutions to configure the signal.

P.S. My tv is in Europe. i'm from Romania, so i'm using PAL. When i had windows XP i had control panel and ii changed the signal to PAL and it was compatible, but in windows 7 ii dont have control panel to configure it.

According to most sources, if you updated through Windows Update, it should have downloaded the correct drivers for you...

However, these are the drivers for Windows Vista 32-BIT but I'm hoping that they'll work on your computer.

Driver Selection Details: GeForce, GeForce 5 FX, GeForce FX 5500, Windows Vista 32-bit, English (US)

    Download Forceware Drivers 96.85
    Right Click On Downloaded File
    Properties
    Compatibility Tab
Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
Select "Windows Vista" in the drop-down list.
    Click OK
Run the program, install the drivers.

If all goes well, you should have an NVIDIA Control Panel (Look in Control Panel) or create a shortcut to:
"Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\NVIDIA Control Panel"
    OR
    "C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\Control Panel Client\nvcplui.exe"
