Asked about it on ATI's forums. "Its not supposed to be there until issues with it are fixed." So, there you go.

I still wonder if there's any way to modify the configuration file for the Catalyst Control Center so we can activate that option and see how well it runs (since it would be written in the config file, the CCC wouldn't change it I guess)

I'm no modding expert, so I don't dare delve into that on my own. But has anyone here tried that or would know how to?

Hello I'm new around and looking for a solution to a problem with a new Dell laptop I have with a ATI 4650 graphics card. Whenever I lower the resolution on my screen I get huge black bars on the sides of the screen. I looked around in the Catalyst Control Center and thought I found the option I was looking for.

There were 3 options: SCALED(I think),FULLSCREEN and CENTERED but they were grayed out.

I tried ATI MOBILITY MODDER but the options were still grayed out. So I went backwards trying older drivers from 9.12 on back. In Catalyst 9.2 the SCALED,FULLSCREEN and CENTERED options were not grayed out but whenever I changed to fullscreen or scaled and tried to apply them it always reverts back to centered.

Is there a solution to this?

    Thank you,
