Just got my GTX 480

They said they will also be releasing backplates & brackets for 480s.
They have released a superclocked 470 with the plate & bracket already installed.
The pieces will be available separately soon.

Hi Brink, they said soon and they are already shipping them with the new 470, I bet next week with the 256 launch.

That's not bad 7c drop combined (Jacob EVGA said that was under load also), actually 7c is allot lol by doing just those two modifications!

Umm, the 470 backplate sure looks the same as the one on the 480. Not sure if there's anything different or not.

Mine didn't come with any backplate on it, like that black plate in the pics. I don't see one showing in the newegg link?
